    Thanks for the very informative tips on dry cleaning services here. I hope to start my dry cleaning outfit at Ado Ekiti Nigeria this month.. i've got a good shop space where there is foot traffic and all other materials are already in place, i am also a certified CSR.. the only thing is that i plan to start using handwash since i can't afford the machines for now.Do you think i stand a chance? what's your advice for me.

    I would like to get some info on various trade shows and periodicals for the dry cleaning industry. I would also like some info on opening a small dry cleaning operation. How do you feel about starting as a drop off and pick up location relying on contract cleaning? I've read a lot on how great of a business opportunity the dry cleaning business can be, but no one is providing the horror stories that are connected with the business. Can you shed some insight on what can really go wrong and cause a business to fail.

    Nice to read comments on this site.I actually stumble into the site while searching for some other info for expansion of my Dry-cleaning outfit. I want to encourage you that however you want to start a laundry/drycleaning business that you must consider your source of water and power supply. I am based in Iju-lagos but with some collection outlets in other locations in Lagos.

    1. I am shahidkhan from India. we are doing dry cleaning business more than 20 years .we invented new type of saree polishing machine. it required less space , time(1 hour) and only one person is enough to perform polishing of 1 to 10 sarees.
