@mathew.j, dear Mathew .J, I can solve your problem, actually u need a manufacturing and a wholesale license from the state drug control board, and there r lots of formalities which u can get from the board or contact me. I will provide the training u required. 

@subhro, Hi Subhro this is tough to explain whole procedure here, but i can guide u in gist. First u need a land of around 2000 sqft (minimum), U have get permission and fill up the required forms from ayurvedic drug control board kolkata. and cost will depend upon the type of dosage form (churan, ghrita, pakka, cream n ointment, oil etc.) u make. any ways minimum investment is around 70 lacs including production, quality control etc. one of my project is going to be at Malbazar.

@Mehdi, sir, A Pharmaceutical Manufacturing unit, which will comply at least cGMP will cost minimum 2.5 crore depending upon ur selection of dosage form u wish to manufacture.

@MR.DIPAK NAYI, Hallo Mr. Nayi, For neutraceutical industry, U need at least 2000 sqft because u know there must be a raw material store, a packaging material store, quality control so many other compulsory dept beside the mfg. dept. so if u need any further appropriate suggestion or consultancy, then we are ready to serve u at low budget compare to the present market value. but dont think budget will be reduced by compromising with quality of work. Always keep it in the mind that - if there is proper planning and missuses can be avoid, we can reduce the project cost as well. thank u.

@Dr.Barun, Sir, This is a very good decision you have taken. before starting your P'ceutical company you must be assure for your marketing set up. if this side is confirmed then you know very well that there are mainly three types of dosage form- solid, liquid and semisolid. Further can be classified in tablet, capsule, powders, oral liquid, cream and ointment, parenterals etc. so u have to decide what kind of dosage form do you want to manufacture.
