Well, here it goes... I am sure you are aware that each household in India or anywhere across the world, would be having thousands of old paper photographs lying dumped at some corner of their homes. Since the last few years, digital cameras have made our lives very easy but what about these old bunch of photographs before digicams came in?
These old photographs are cherished old memories of our grand parents, parents and of our own lives. Wouldn't it be nice to have these converted all of these into digital images? There are several Benefits of getting your old photos converted into digital images:
1) You can share your old memories with your loved ones on picassa / facebook.
2) You can take reprints of your old photos with these high resolution scan files.
3) You could create more space in your homes, by getting rid of unwanted photos and keeping just their soft copies.
4) You could preserve the life of your precious photos before these get torn or turn yellow.
5) You could very conveniently view all your old photos on your computer / laptop
Well, that's a great idea and that's exactly my idea!! But you know what, if you or me would want to get all our photos scanned, we would have to shell out anywhere between Rs.10 to Rs.20 per photo (you can verify this anywhere in Mumbai or in India). Also these guys in the market scan it at a resolution of 200 / 300 dpi and would take ages to scan all your photos. Wouldn't it be wonderful if someone could bulk scan photos for as low as Rs.1.50 per photo, that too at a resolution of 600 dpi and could do this quickly.
That's exactly my service offering, I can scan upto 5000 photos per day and I charge only 75 paise for photo (but I need a minimum quantity of 1000 photos). And I am looking out for business partners like you, who could do this business with me. All you need to do is, collect photographs from all your clients / friends / relatives deliver it to me at your convenience, I will scan it within a day or two, you can then collect it from me and return it to your clients. I will charge you 75 paise per photo and you can charge your clients anything more than that (which is upto you). It could be Rs.1.50 / Rs.2 but I would advise it to keep it as reasonable as possible to get more business. And trust me this is a price at which your clients / friends / relatives would be more than willing to give you their photos!!
You do not have to give any time commitment, you don't need to do it everyday. Best of all there is no investment at all !! As and when you have collected 1000 photos or more, you can give it to me and that's how we can start and grow this. To start with I am even open to accept orders for less than 1000 photos, for which I would charge Re.1 per photo. Trust me there couldn't be a easier, simpler and cleaner business than this. And at this price no one would even refuse. I can easily claim that no one in Mumbai or India can offer it at a price that I am offering.
I am looking at bulk photo scanning jobs and hence I need business partners like you. You just need to collect and deliver the photos.. that's it!! Isn't that so cool!!
