I am a lecturer at Mekdela Amba University in Ethiopia. I am seeking funding to set up the adoption and expansion of livestock integrated Enset production Project in the South Wollo zone in Ethiopia. This project will help to alleviate hunger and contribute immensely to Food Security. In addition to improved nutrition, the project will contribute to employment creation opportunities for the young. Enset is a well-known food source in the southern part of the country. In addition to this, this plant has high value for conservation of the environment. This project aims to find this plant in the northern part of the country with an agroecological zone in the eastern part of the country.

I want a loan to start a cashew nut processing plant in Nigeria. Nigeria produces a lot of cashew nuts, but more than 70% is exported raw to processing factories abroad in India or Vietnam. I want to set up a plant in Nigeria that will process cashew nuts to add value to the product before shipping to international markets in North America or Europe with surging demand for cashew nuts. Setting up a processing factory that buys directly from the rural areas at a good value will positively impact the lives of the people with job creation, leading to improvement in quality of life and poverty reduction.
