I am a 43 year old coloured lady residing in delft capetown. I would like to start a day care centre from my house. I have been working with children of all ages for the past 10 years. I have been doing assistant teaching and driving school children. Apart from having the passion to work with kids. I am in the process of adopting a beautiful baby girl who has been staying with me since the age of 2 months. She is now a beautiful 3 year old. she inspired me a great deal. But since then I have been informed by doctors that my eldest daughter is expecting her 1st baby and the baby has down syndrome. This is my greatest inspiration since I will b assisting her with the upbringing of the baby. I have considered a day care centre even before then to assist with my financial needs as I have no income but today I am sure of it not only for financial support but to show other kids that no matter how we differ in life, we are all equally lovable. I have started a daycare center in my village to provide care for children and offer them the necessary education, keep them out of harm's way and grow them for the future. I'm in serious need of funds to build a proper classroom and to buy them toys and food.

I am a lady of 52 years old who lives in Gugulethu, Cape Town, and still a Foundation Phase teacher but want to drop off by next year and start my own crèche so that I can teach them to be totally ready for school. Am SELINE WABUKO.During this Corona period, I started up a program for children ages 3-17 years at our local slam called MANYATTA. The children have been coming for Physical, Social, and Health education. We have also been having sanitation programs, where we've been going to clear litter around Lake Victoria every Thursday. The numbers grew from 2 to 30 children and am glad so far as much us feeding them has been an issue. As per the surrounding, there are no schools nearby so I saw a great need to start up a school and a feeding program for the children and the youths.
