@Poongothai, Thanks for reaching out . Being in business of selling eyeware i think the shops used to pack the new glasses in rexine covers which were kind of PVC welded. I am not sure flex though being made of PVC too but may or may not take the welding operation because of the reinforcement it has. Just meet enough to gather 10 kg of Printed but rejected flex sheet from flex printers who are hundreds in number in cities in chennai. Big Printers almost have tons of rejected printed material which they dispose for less than 100 / kg. You will have to find out a PVC welder who makes the PVC eyeglasses pouches or ind out simple bag stitcher . The artist in you or your life partner. can choose the most colorful parts on the printed film and stitch the best looking pouches which you can begin selling in Chennai then increase it to complete state through ARVIND EYE HOSPITAL and then tothe entire country.You will do a great favor to the environment this way .
