The first CiCi’s Pizza opened in Plano, Texas in 1985. Its unique vision is to create a buffet setting of hot, fresh pizza with affordable prices in a family-oriented restaurant. The owner, Joe Croce, has a vision to exceed guests’ expectation in cleanliness, service, and food with a low all-you-can-eat price point.
Today, the current Cici’s President, Craig Moore, is continuing Joe’s vision. There are about 650 existing restaurants and 300 more at various development stages. According to Moore, the continued success of Cici’s is probably due to “providing amazing value and making guests feel special.” The company’s belief in value and quality has earned the respect not only of industry experts, but of consumers as well.
