I believe opening a Goodwill store in the Z.V. Pate store in Laurel Hill, NC would be a great fit for our community. This location is right off of Hwy 74 an Morgan St. which the Main St. of our town. This is a historic two story building that the ground floor was used as a grocery and hardware store. The second floor is said to have large rooms that could be used for class rooms of other offices. There is ample parking as well as a large area that could be used for a community garden each year. Please consider researching this location as a possible Goodwill Industry. This could make such an amazing difference in the well being of our community as well as that of so many others that are close by and need this opportunity.
