    You didn't mention that in which country you are located and secondly as you want to do the online business you want to explore your designs within your country range or ready to ship worldwide.

    Initially you need to buy a domain space, plan out your site name and the products you want to showcase. Photography plays a key role in online business.Then contact a web developer to develop a simple and sobre site for you.You need to run fast with the fashion  trends hence should keep on developing new products as per market trends and try to launch new products after every 2nd-3rd day to draw the public attention. don't keep to much of inventory as the money gets block.

    To start with you can even share your products on facebook page as it is the fastest  way of Marketing  to the known and unknown new frnds.

    You can also trace and supply your products to already well known  Bag sites by keeping your margins low for the flow of Cash.
