I have a very nice jewelry store in Charlotte NC. Metal & Stone Jewelers. My problem has been finding a manager to run it that knows jewelry and custom jewelry/repairs. If I found the right person I would sell or partner with them. I could even offer financing for purchase. The unfit costs alone were over 100k plus equipment plus inventory.
