How to Start a Mental Health Center?

Hi, I am a high school student. For a senior project we have been assigned to explore the inner workings of business operations through the creation of a personal business model. I am going to pursue a psychiatric degree once I graduate from high school, so I thought what better business model to make then a psychiatric hospital. I have to create a presentation on how to open this business and how I plan to staff, and run it. I also need to know what licenses are needed and such. If someone could help me out in the slightest I would be extremely grateful! Thank you :)

There are several comments in here that have poor spelling and grammar. I will tell you the first thing you need to do to open a mental health center....use proper grammar and spelling. You cannot run a business with poor grammar and spelling. Also, this page make this sound so easy. Opening any business is very difficult. Opening a medical facility is even more difficult!

I am in mental healthcare sector and I wish to start a healthcare group/business in San Bernardino County, CA. To that end, advice regarding the follow would be greatly appreciated:
- The process of going from an established two office practice to a full healthcare staff (aiming for a small-to-medium sized business)
- Doing a business plan
- Finding examples of how it was done in the immediate area
- And finding reliable Contact Resources nearby
