A reloadable or nonreloadable virtual card can be used only for online/telephone/fax payments. a card with international online acceptance can be used on Click bank, eBay, Amazon, and PayPal from Nigeria/Africa. My target market is primarily Nigeria and other African countries, so the cards must be the type that can be used online from Nigeria. I am interested only in the virtual type because they are safe and leave no room for fraud because they only use online payments. WE DO IT RIGHT the 1st time or not at all. not like all the bad stewardship of resources, knowledge, and what not that's going on everywhere in this modern age. we have AMAZINGLEY WONDERFUL and LONG lastin WAYS to make money concerns and stressful (slave economic systems null & void) need 4 money to function adequately be unnecessary. only the CORRECT amount of funding(without having to payback)/financing is all WE need to introduce and AMAZE with what we have in store. debt economic(controlling economics isn't good stewardship). not at current development.. such as the internet, computer, credit card industry, and ETC... not a dreamer.. a TRUE ANALYST, STABILIZER, PERFECTER, and think tank of all things possible.. U all R reading this aren't U. so whats it going to be. PROGRESS-stagnation- or even BETTER extreme PROVISION of ABUNDANCE with the RIGHT & CORRECT use of resources & knowledge.( not manipulation & deceit towards others)but FORTHRIGHTNESS and GREAT stewardship of what blessing, knowledge, & resources have been entrusted to whomever..!!!!
