Ok...look I just want to understand as in there have been lots of queries put in in regards to the food business. but surprisingly the answer to the main question is yet to come out in the open....if anyone is opening or starting an outlet or a food cart then what are the legal formalities around it? What kind of licenses are required? If a shop is taken then will it require a shop establishment license? Municipality office to be visited? Some certificate required for selling food? Any license on food etc..... Selling on the road..will it need a license and from where do we get this? If its in gurgaon? Is it wiser to approach police before hand and speak to them ? Hope I'm not too late for advice from you. I bought a trailer in grate vision for the Galway market as the Kitchen in the trailer is so good I did not see the faults of the trailer itself but a lack of wall support ext. so the cost of fixing is out of the roof , so designing a new trailer is on its way , but I cant help thinking it could be worth my will just to get Van- Camper & pit the kitchen in there . my problem is - is there Law that will hinder me moving a commercial kitchen in to a Van ?
