Guys, why everyone is running after the franchises, you can't have a quality products/pizza in franchise business. There objective is to earn money/%/commission . In india you have lot of local suppliers in new delhi which can provide you italian products from sauce tomatoes upto wheat flour at cheap prices with no commission on sales. there is a great difference between frozen and fresh food. Don't forget that FRESH PRODUCTS MAKES A FRESH PIZZA. If you need any advise the write me.

@@shoaib, If you want start a pizza hut, you need lot of investment but If you think to open your own independent pizza restaurant then it will be less cost.

I tried before to open with pizza hut but it was more then 150k$ but I open it by own and i spend less then 100k. so its a economy of more then 50k.

I am also planning to import some italian products in india. To start with pizza hut, you need lot of money/experience. Its not so easy task. U have to give 17 hours per day at start.

@kailash, 400 sq ft is very small area to open a restaurant seated but you can open a take away and home delivery pizza business. 2lac is not a big amount but you need a bank loan. U need to build up a strong business plan with 5 years of projection including all that accountant/financial forecast. I don't think that bank will refuse.
