@vamshi, The proposed machinery is highly sophisticated machinery with Microprocessor controls. The printed paper is fed as roll of 1.5 meters (maximum Diameter) and the dimensions are set on the machine for the required bag like the length, width and the gusset. There is an automatic folding and cutting device which suitably folds and cuts the paper. From another Roll strips are forwarded to   attach the handles (Twisted Cord handles) to the inside top edges of the bag with hot melt PVC gum.

Once these handles are attached the bottom gusset and the side gussets are folded and the paper tube bottom also is sealed and the sides are sealed. The bag now comes out... The dry cycles are 150 per minute and the machine is capable of producing 120 Bags per minute.

The machine is of Modular construction and Tell tale Lamps are put for fault identification. Also the machine is provided with a Modem in case of any major maintenance problem and the manufacturers study it on their computer and locate the fault and Service within a few minutes. The largest size of the bag that can be made on this machine is 220X540mm size and the paper that can be used is of 90 to 130 GSM. The project cost will be 5 crores. 

@Bhavya Chikkala, Most of the products are made by semi auto and fully auto machines. It is ok if you want to make products based out of Paper but in reality they damage  environmentally more than other products.

You can not begin to make all products at once but you can do all the products one after the other. The minimum investment begins with Rs 50 lacs and all of them totals investment Rs 250 lacs. Women get a small percentage lower rate of interest when they approach financial institutions.
