    Sir/Madam, I am a house wife living in a joint family. My husband works in an autonomous organisation and supports 10 members of our family with his small salary. My father in law who is retired 4 years back is non pensioner & children who are all now unemployed and they are struggling for employment. I want to help my husband by applying a scheme on PMEGP and for my sister in laws. We have a small agricultural land where we can raise horticultural or poultry firms. Since, I am in a big family and my father in law has no pension it becomes difficult to wholly depend on the little salary of my husband who is the only earning member of our family. I am afraid and I am told that getting a subsidized loan for small scale farming through this Govt.     I am Ramanath Nayak, a retired person want to start manufacturing of ice-cream at Industrial Estate Khurdha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha in IDCO land for my sons. But after trying of more than one year, I came to understand that different Authorities are harassing me taking different please. Even the different Nationalized Banks are harassing me rejecting my proposals taking different please. Non of the Bank Authority is willing to provide project loan and advised me to come through any Character Accountants. Whenever I approached Character Accountants, they demanded 5 to 7 per cent of their dues of the loan amount. They also openly advised me that this amount includes the share of Bank staff. This is situation to get a loan. Please advise advise me what shall I do to get a Project loan? Thank you sir.
