I have purchased toilet paper making machinery from China and am now setting up the plant. In the meantime i would like to hire an experienced operations manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of the operations. The plant is going to be located in Kampala , Uganda.Planned to begin operations in Aug 2016. Is it possible to find someone who is really competent with in the east africa region.
