Start Gatti's Pizza Franchise
Gatti’s Pizza has been doing business for their customers for over 40 years now.
And they are open for qualified franchisees who can live up to the legacy of Colonel Eure’s work.
The gastronomic pleasure brought by Gatti’s Pizza has been patronized by many customers for more than 40 years already. Colonel Eure started his pizza business in 1964 in Stephenville, Texas. He called his first store The Pizza Place.
When he transferred to Austin in 1969, Colonel Eure established a pizza place called “Mr. Gatti’s”, which is in honor of his beloved wife that has Gatti as her maiden name. GattiTown evolved in the time when games are included inside pizza parlors. They built gigantic play rooms for their customers. That is why more and more people are coming to Gatti’s Pizza not only because of its delectable pizza but for fun as well. As the people coming in their store is growing in population, there comes the need for more space. And so they have decided to open more stores in several other places across the country. And one move to go about it is by franchising in 1974.
They are accepting franchisees from all over the country, in Canada, and in Mexico. With this kind of business, a franchisee must be ready to invest a total amount of at least $200,000 and a maximum of $4,800,000. After you have signed the agreement with the company, you have also agreed to pay all of the responsibilities that come along the contract. The first of those that must be paid is the franchising fee. You must forward a payment amounting to $15,000 to $50,000 for the franchising fee. And on a regular basis, you must be able to pay 5% of your total sales as the on-going royalty fee. But once the contract ends, you may not be allowed to renew it.
The good thing about this business is that, you will not be required to present any proofs of your net worth and liquefied cash. Once you are approved to be their franchisee, you will have three choices for Gatti’s Pizza Concepts. The first one is the Gatti’s Pizza DELCO Unit. The size of this unit is 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. It is just about enough for you to set up a freestanding location. The next concept is the Gatti’s Pizza with or without delivery-carryout and a game room. This unit is larger than the DELCO Unit at 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. It may even be extended up to 10,000 square feet. This concept is really big especially because of the game room that has various video games, entertainment showcase for sports viewing. The last concept is the GattiTown. Among the three concepts, GattiTown is the largest. It measures 18,000 to 40,000 square feet. This concept has wider space and larger facilities.
Throughout your contract with Gatti’s Pizza, you will receive more than enough support to get by in your operations. You will receive the same industry expertise that was built by the forerunners of this business for more than 40 years already. You will be trained with the necessary skills needed in this business. They will help you promote your business through different marketing and advertising strategies. As for your location, they will help you on how to choose and develop a perfect site for your unit. They will construct and design it in the trademark design that their business was known for. And there are still many more ways that they can support you once you are in their network.
