I am from south Ga and I'm interested in starting a lottery sort of a raffle lottery tickets only sold in my county every store in this town has people outside scratching lotto tix so I figured if I came up with a smaller lotto with way better odds of winning I would attract their business haven't really did a lot of research on this but I figured I could have this lotto set up at every store in the county and do a drawing either every week or every 2 weeks and I keep a certain percent for my part in it..
