    Hi Everyone, I have a building about 3000 Sq.Ft on an Acre lot with 300 feet front right on Hwy 11 S just 10 minutes North of Barrie Ontario Canada. 50,000 cars pass by everyday on this Hwy. Just wondering if Mattress Business can work on this Hwy location as you know people do not come off the Hwy. This is corner lot with entrance and exit from the Hwy as well as from the side street.     @Garry, welcome to startupbizhub. I have never seen a mattress store on highway. Something new for me. All I have seen as of now are gas station, restaurants, car or bike showroom, hotels, supermarket, etc. Location is very good, plan accordingly.

    Hello all, I am looking for a partner/supplier that is in the high end mattress business. I am a consultant and I have a client that doesn't want to become a dealer, but is in need of mattresses on a regular basis in container loads. NO refurbised liquidated etc. We are also open to starting a dealership/retail outlet/sub outlet if needed. However, would prefer a simple Wholesale/Bulk for NEW ITEMS ONLY deal.     I have been in the mattress industry for 3 years now after being a district manager for Verizon Wireless for 3 1/2 years and also working in the automotive industry as a Salesman for 8 years. I am not ready to pursue a career with owning my own business in the mattress industry. I live in Upstate New York and I'm looking for a supplier so i'm able to open up a storefront. I know of one supplier but because of jurisdiction rules I do not want to step on anybody's toes. Any information would be greatly appreciated.     Hello all, great read from everyone. I've been in the industry for over 8 years now and would like to branch off and start selling mattresses myself, now the issue I am having is finding an actual manufacturer. Everyone I've searched for who claims to be a manufacturer is still selling at retail prices. So how do we find one? Can anyone tell me how we locate some.     Hello, just reading your questions and answers has a more excited than ever. I am in Fayetteville Tennessee, a couple of hours from Nashville. I have 25 years of experience in retail furniture sales to include mattresses. I am always top seller Everywhere I Go. I have a natural skill, as well as I learned one for selling and entrepreneurial forecasting. I'm interested in learning more from those of you who have started your venture and your journey along the way. I have not yet begun to search out a manufacturer.
