    Hey i'm a nurse assistant. I've been in the health care field for 25 yrs now . i love working with the elderly, i feel like it is my calling. it takes a lot of patience to work in this field you truly have to love what you do in order to do a good job. i'm in need of assist, to open up my own residential home ,please could i get some advice on where to start first, so that i can fulfill my dream.

    I am on nursing job as a associate professor in Medical University. I like to establish a small size nursing home or a elder home in the near town or rural area for the purpose of serve to the sick poor or helpless or those are feel burden of child or those are like to passing peaceful at the last moment life. I believe that majority people are helpless at the last moment of life. If we thinks, I will became an older & will face that problems than feel heart pain. I have no enough money for the fulfillment of this programmer. So I need help from that people, who are interest to serve sick or elder people.

    Hi my name is nobuhle matsane in south africa , I have already started an old age home and I'm registered with the social development , the home has been running for 5 years now. The only problem I have the social service want me to close the centure because I Dont meet the norms and standard of the department , we have applied for grant been t still no help. They want to take the residents back at their homes. My problem is that they say they Dont want to go any were because I feel that they are safe at the centre. We make a meeting with their children and they also feel the same way. Plz help I Dont know what to do.
