Starting a Speaker Factory

Most of us want to have a new and effective way to earn more.   • For sure, there are similar products with yours’, so what can you do to differentiate yours’ from the others?
  • Where will you be getting your raw materials from? Do you have your sources?
  • If you will be taking orders, how long will you be fulfilling your orders?
  • In terms of your workforce, do you have any productivity targets and what is it?
  • What is your method of monitoring your productivity?
  • What is your way of monitoring rejects and re-works?

Pricing of Speakers

You have to come up with the right prices for your products, here are the things that you must take into account:

  • You have to come up with pricing policy and in setting your pricing policy, you have to consider your costs and overheads.
  • In order to make sure that things will work well with your pricing policy, make sure to review your prices once in a while.
  • In terms of your products/services, it is best to offer discounts.
    • Mission

Of course, in order for your speaker factory to obtain success, you have to come up with a mission. In terms of the design and construction, you have to make sure that yours are high-tech, new and modern. Producing high quality speaker systems will be your top priority.
