Good Morning, I am constructing a building of 950 sq ft ground floor and around 900 sq ft area on the first floor. The building is situated on the state highway of Chalakudy-Adhirappily (water Falls) road. Place of the area called Pariyaram (kurissu bus stop). Just 4 Kms from Chalakudy City.
Now My Plan:-
I like to start a mini super market in the ground floor. But i don't have much knowledge on this. This particular area don t have much big shops. Of course there are lot of normal shops around this area.
I have few questions on this.
1, what are merits of super market business ?
2, --------demerits ----------------------- ?
3, what will the initial cost for furnishing the shop ? rates of the racks and check out counter etc ?
4, Is there any franchises are there in kerala like reliance-fresh ? and how i can get a franchise form such company ?
5,Approximately how much fund is required to start this business of around 950 sq ft area ?
6, from where i can get loan for this and what are the requirement for the loan ?
