I'm from Kathmandu, I have a building in the most popular corporate and heat of city center with all the facilities in walking distance, but area of building is only 1200 sq ft I cud have 10 rooms for double or single, building does not have any view except from roof top. i belongs to Hunnza Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan, my village is located in the Extreme corner of Pakistan at wakhan corridor. there is very Potential of Tourism but there is no nay suitable Guest House or Hotel, there for the Tourism are not felling comfortable, i have plan to open Guest House in this area but due to lack of fund i am not able to process it further, there are no any bank or any landing insinuation which can help me to perform this task, it is my humble request to please guide me how i can generate fund for this cause, or linked me with any funding agency. Hi, I live Overseas. I have 3-4 bedroom house in the Philippines and I want to convert into Guest house or B&B. Please note that, after my Mom's passing my siblings and I have misunderstanding.
