    We, Axcl Gulf , manufacture automotive / industrial lubricants and market in several countries; we are located in Sharjah ( UAE ) and have been in business for over 25 years. Looking to establish some chemical manufacturing facility like textile chemicals or pharmaceutical intermediaries or other related project. We own a piece of land in Sharjah , adjacent to our existing factory. Please suggest some commercially viable project , may be oil related. We thought of Master batch and Greases but both have low profit margins becos of existing over capacity. Finances around $2million can be arranged.
