What Information should be on a Business Card
Promoting your business and establishing more customers is very essential in the growth of a business and business card is one way to do it.
This is why; you should have enough information on how to make your own business card and what to include in it.
If you are looking for an effective method to promote and advertise your business or yourself with your profession, you can do well by distributing a simple business card. Although this seems small but the major impression it can give to people you meet is as large as a huge bill board. Due to the size of it, it is very important that it contains all the right and necessary information that you may want the people know about you or your business. The business card is an effective tool for attracting customers making your business grow consistently and lucratively.
What a Business Card Should Contain?
The first thing that you may want your business card to contain is your business name, logo, and your name as well. You must plan how to put these things on your business card. Usually, what is more boldly written and presented on a business card is the business name. It is more boldly than the person’s name however, it can vary depending on the profession of a person. For example, a sales representative will need a business card where the business name should be displayed more boldly while a writer or an artist may want to enlarge and bring their actual name into the focal point of the card.
Pictures and designs can usually draw attention so if your business has a logo, it can be printed also on the focal point of your business card. The logos must be simple and not distract other important prints on your business card; however, it must also not so simple that it can be considered as boring and unappealing. Your main goal is to attract the attention of a person and let them see what you are offering. It is also necessary that you have the general description of what you are offering on your business card like that of a slogan or something that can be easily understood.
Another important thing that must be printed on your business card is the contact information of your business. You may want to give your client an easy way to contact you. You may include an office number, fax number, cell phone number, and email address or web page addresses. Then, you should also place the address of your office so that clients can visit your office easily. This may also give them a stability impression which is good for your business.

- Hi, any recommendations what to put on the business card or letterhead with a registered office in the Cayman Islands and residence in Germany? What with phone and fax numbers...? Is it an absolute 'No-Go' having a registered office in the Cayman Islands and a phone, fax number in Germany? Thanks, John
