Writing Business Proposal
A business proposal is an important piece of document. It contains the master plan for future projects.

The most common instance wherein a person, a group of persons, or a business entity would need to write a business proposal is when it is trying to convince possible investors to put money for the business. In some instances, a business proposal is needed as part of an offer to buy the business. In this case, the sellers wanted to know what will happen to the business under new owners. A business plan, therefore, is one of the determining factors of a possible sale. So, how do you write a business proposal?
Communicate Business Proposal Well
As in any writing, the crafting of a business proposal has only one and clear purpose: to communicate. Endeavor, therefore, to put everything in the proposal and present ideas –whether text, graph, or graphics -- in a way that they will be understood clearly and immediately. Therefore, for the text, make sure that your sentences are simple, direct to the point, and unambiguous. Do not, or avoid, jargon as your document may be read by people who may be coming from different backgrounds and orientations. When talking about technology, explain it in terms that the readers will understand. To emphasize significant items in an interesting and effective manner, use pictures and graphs at the right amount. Also, don’t forget that one of the factors that help people understand what they are reading is presentation. Don’t overload the pages of your business proposal with texts and images. Save some space for white space and lay them out so that they are pleasant to look at and read.
