    dear sir,I am a diploma engineer in mechanical & also have ITI in fitter.now days I am working in a steel plant but I want to start my own business ,where I can give jobs to some people in my home town Nayagarh (Odisha).but I don't have money to start any business thus why I need government grant .which may fulfill my dreams to b my own boss & engage some unemployed educated of my locality . there is no company in our district. can I start my own business, pls sir help me to achieve my aim. thank you
