    @R Jain, you can start your own business with no problem. You also don't need much cash as it will be a service based business. You will have to make a business plan and register your business with government of india. I will not advise to hire people until you make more money or run out of time to manage your clients.

I have few examples before me like a friend of mine owns a 'Besan Factory', another one has setup of Laith machines to help do finishing of the Mechanical Industry products..etc. I have almost no exposure / family background of business. My target is semi-technical industry where we don't require too many intelligent workers. Like cotton cleaning machines (given that my forefathers have some farms) or setup to produce Ayurveda medicines (Given the knowledge and natural resources India have). I wish to know ideas / projects in different sectors similar to above, the no of months that would take the plant to be productive, related investment and basic amenities that would be needed. Also I am little skeptic with government authorities response and treatment back in India as there is nothing there that is corruption free. In terms of people, I have my younger brother to take care of stuff back in India and my retired father for guidance.

    @Ankit Poojari, sorry to say that this business can not be started without any money in pocket. You need to have some money to start this business or you have something that is really has huge demand in abroad when you can ask for advance payment. You can apply for loans but you will be needed to show some collateral and you need to have 30-40% of cash reserve too.

    Respected Sir, I stay in Mumbai I am planning to construct a marriage hall in my village as a social welfare. From childhood i see villagers run from one village to another to perform marriages of their children, let that be any social function or any occasion there is no hall for villagers.
