    @ELLA BYRD, it depends with how much loan you need. If you require very less then you can get away with no business plan, you can take a personal loan, you can use your credit cards for balance transfer, you can approach your friends and relatives. If you need a big amount then you need to have a business plan to approach your bankers, investors, etc..
