    @sogal, if you are planning for opening a medical store in india then here are the list of things for you.
    • you need a pharmacist license
    • you can also rent it from market.
    • You also need to apply for a store license to drug control board of india.
    • You will also need a business license, bank account, tax id, etc.
    • Startup cost depends on the size and place of the store, it can be as minimum as Rs.100,000 also.
    • The biggest advantage of this business is you will get the credit from the wholesaler and sell them in cash.

    hey people i'm from hyd n recently started my own medical store. well if u r a pharmacy student (i.e d.pharm or b.pharm) then first get ur registration from the local pharmacy council.. all a.p ppl d pharmacy council is at nampally near the railway station and opp the board of intermediate building.. once you are a registered pharmacist u gotta apply for drug license i.e form no. 20 and 21 at the drug control office at vengal rao nagar that's close to s.r. nagar. for the drug license u'll need a shop of 10x10 ft and if you dont own it then a rental agreement with the building owner n lots of other stuff. once u get d drug license its tax registration (T.O.T or V.A.T), Labour license n if required trade license
