    @dr imran, For 30 beded gen hospital with lab, med store, X-ray, sonography required at LEAST 6000 sq ft space. But Considering the equipment & infrastructure cost 30 beded hospital is not viable. YES if you are consulting in same area from last 10-15 yrs. Normally such type of set can be profitable in few cases if there r two or more doctors in one family. I would like to suggest, u go for 50 beded hospital. Budget wise not much difference in 30 & 50 beded hospital. But plz note that its gen statement based on gen talk. u can contact me for much brief idea.

    @kirti, What exactly u need? What type of guidance u expect? Where u wish to start hospital? Cost of 100 beds specialty hospital excluding building shall be between 8cr Rs to 15cr Rs. Depends, what specialty u expect, rather u should decide the type specialty after considering the specialization of ur team members, i mean group of doctors.

    @dr imran, Plz note that Out of 30 to 50 beds, if u can accommodate 8 beds ICU, 2-3 bed nicu, 2-3 OT, medical store, u can sustain very very very smoothly. So think of it. Feel free to contact for further details.

    we have a 300 bedded running hospital and medical college attached with it. we are finding difficult to run both simultaneously as we got the permission to start college recently and still 4 more years to go... we want to know some of the institutes who take up the hospital on lease and manage it so that we can manage the college better. the institutes from karnata, tamilnadu or kerala are preferable. thanks in advance

I asked a one question on this site, within next 10 days i was surprised due to 100s of offers from nigeria. All are frauds offers.
