just purchased a new dryer and washer for my home based laundry business. my cousins who owns 4 outlets of laundry shop suggested that i get speed queen commercial washing machines. I got it on credit with zero interest. what really amazing is that credit card companies in the philippine offer pay later scheme. so i have time to really set up my small business. check commercial detergents that are available in your area. i found a supplier on line who offers biodegradable and hypoallergenic laundry detergent. and i came up with a technique on how to use laundry conditioners which i got on the internet. I offer delivery and pick up service. I need to at least get 25 kls of laundry a day to break it even. which means i can pay for my machines and detergent and gas. i do not have to pay rent since i have set it up at home. and it is so easy to come up with that quota. since i have to promote my new business i offered my new customers 5 kls plus one free. so they only pay 5 kls for 6 kls of laundry. for newbies like me offer wash and fold.you will learn the business as you go along.

YES: You can start on 3 levels, small, medium and large scall, small is like manual wash, this is common in developing nations, whereby you wash with hands and also dryclean manually, yes its doable...MEDIUM, this involves maybe a washing matching or two plus dryer, and third the LARGE scale, which we call industrial. but the main thing in drycleaning and laundry business is ,,services services services..customers will pay for great service..there are various strategies for getting clients...which is the most important..will discuss later..
