I am currently in the process of writing a research dissertation for my Post grad. my business idea is a bilingual wedding magazine targeting the lower and middle income group of Sri Lanka. i have conducted a literature review and done two primary researches. A 250 questionnaire for the readership and 10 interviews of service providers for the wedding sector. I have completed the research elements and now am into the business elements which will cover marketing, human resource, legal, and financial aspects. I plan to launch my own magazine once i complete my dissertation and graduate. If anyone plans to go into any kind of business I think its best to conduct a literature review and then do some kind of a primary research to discern the feasibility and viability. then draw up a business plan according to the research findings and build a business model. get legal and accounting advice from the specialists and go about it in a professional manner.
