Hi, My name is Prashant. I am currently in USA and have recd my PR from CIC and will be moving to Canada pretty soon (3-6 months). I am interested in opening up a VAPE SHOP that will have ecigs, ejuices as well as glass pipes and mayb some cigarettes/cigars. But I am not planning on doing it alone, since I am not familiar with Toronto area. Currently I am in FL and have been working in a VAPE/GLASS PIPE store as a web designer, office assistant, etc and have also worked in the store front....since the last 3 yrs. I have designed websites for this company, I do the purchasing from vendors in USA & China and also handle Quickbooks for the business. So I can easily manage the business along with my partner. I am looking for a partner for this venture...50-50% is the best way to go, if there are more than 1 persons involved then we can go 33.33% each (for 3 partners) or 25% each (for 4 partners). Here in Florida, my friend is opening up a vape store and they are investing about $60K all together. So its not a huge investment, if 2 or more people enter together. This is still a growing industry and I think if we can put in a good startup business, we can go big in the future.
