    We have received the 1st kit of seeds and 2nd kit of master culture and chalk powder along with EMi solution now i dont understand what to do with master culture is it ready to be used or should chalk powder to be mixed with it and sterilize it please reply.     I have a small packing mushroom company where I pack imported salted mushroom in plastic barrels from China. At the factory the salt content of 28% is removed by washing several times, and then is canned. Our need is for about one ton of mushroom per day. Here our growing medium material is coffee pulp or sugar cane baggage. Now we buy at about $1400.00 per ton, This is drained weight. I do no know what is the comparison in weight of fresh cultivated mushroom, to salted /brined mushroom. My interest is to grow our mushroom
