Hi I have 10 to 15 acres I am looking to put a solar farm on. and hear that I could be pay 500.00$ per acre per mo. will that's not right will 10 acre I am told that I can only get 5000.00$ per yr. so if the sun is putting out enough power to make 1.5 mw that will feed 500 homes and the homes are paying 250+ dollars per/mo. why would I want to lease my land for a small amount of money?
