Startup Cost for Big O Tires Franchise
There are three types of ownership options available: first, you can build your own store (leasing or owning the land/building), purchase an existing location, or convert an existing automotive center. The initial franchise fee is only $30,000 with a 6% royalty rate and 10-year franchise term. Moreover, the total investment required to fully operate your Big O Tire store would vary depending on size and location. Estimated ranges are from $225,800-$543,300. Meanwhile, the purchase price for existing stores may be negotiated privately between the seller and buyer. Great variation might be based on perceived business value, market variables, physical facilities, and negotiated terms.
Whatever you choose, you can be referred to lenders if you express your interest in looking for additional funds. However, some lenders may require a liquidity of 20-30% to qualify for their loan. Big O Tires is also a participant in Small Business Administration (SBA) Franchise Registry Program. You may apply for a franchise by filling out their online application form.
