2. Plan single screen theater with the capacity of 150 or 200 seats in total under cinema hall license and cost would be the same as mentioned above.

@dharmendra: 300 seat is a big project. You should start cinema hall considering the locality. Every Tier 1 and 2 is filled with good multiplex. You must be going to starting in a Tier 3 or 4 city. So what I would suggest is go for 2 screen 200 seat. This will be a good project with high returns.
