    Dear Sir, I am planning to go for a start-up for selling vegetarian spicy powders online. The preliminary website concept is already created. Further it is going to be created using OpenCart and will be hosted soon. Definitely our turnover will not cross INR 1 lac in any year. Ofcourse we are not pessimistic.
    I would like to know whether
    (a) we need to register as a company to do online business
    (b) we need to get TIN etc., numbers
    (c) initially we go with NEFT and CoD payments methods only.
    (d) after 3-6 months, if we see good response, then we may opt for other payment gateway options.
    (e) the powders will be made at home, packed and will be handed over to courier service.
    (f) we need to get any health / food related permissions from government.

    sir, good day! i am planning to setup a spice grinding unit in kerala. I would like to know more about the support and guidance available from the government of kerala and financial assistance to the new entrepreneur. Could you please provide me a project report which will help me to proceed further to establish this unit. It is learnt that the indian market has good potential for spice products. Whether the raw materials are cheaply available in kerala and neighboring states. The procurements of the raw materials and manpower cost will go more in kerala. How much minimum quantity needs to produce from first to sixth months. Who is the licensing authority for the unit. The suppliers of machinereis and plant available in kerala. Kindly advise.
