    1. First you should have to register a society/Trust under society registrar with the members.
    2. Register land in the name of College or society with the name of Secretary.
    3. Complete your file with all required documents like as..Land registry, Map of building, estimated balance sheet for next 3 years, University fees e.t.c..
    4. Apply for No objection Certificate (N.O.C)
    5. after getting N.O.C, University make a panel for inspection.
    6. After Inspection report
    7. Apply for Affiliation.

    I came to understand that many youngsters want to start an Engg College, pls kindly note that today it's not worth and viable to start Engg College as you need min Rs 50 crs and more over there is heavy demand for good faculty and today you can't get good quality and dedicated teachers. Infact instead of starting Engg college, people can start a good Cbse school in your respected location. Ramachandran.
