I have a 10 acre farm in Mombasa, Kenya, my chicken of choice are broilers. I identified the providers of day old chick, feeds, vaccine and other medicines. I have also inquired about the clients; restaurants, butchers, etc. According to assessment I made, the average birds I can sell per week will be about 250 broilers. However, the only comment I got from the prospective clients is that they have never seen any broiler supplier who can supply chicken every week without stopping for 1-2 weeks. Therefore, my point is how can I consistently produce 250-300 broilers per week without interruption? Your advice on this point will be highly appreciated. Thanks

@Gamaco, where is your location, though i will recommend isa - brown birds will give good eggs but your primary goals will determine the kind of birds you should go for. some goes for only egg production and skinny meat while some goes for both egg and meat production of which in that case you should need black birds, also, you need sound knowledge on the management from DOC so as to know the history... you can contact me for details
