My Uncle is a retired worker of the Ministry of Agriculture in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He is very keen on starting a flower plantation as a business venture and is interested in cultivating a variety of flowers for which he has acquired a piece of land. Is there any Agency or department that could help him realize his objective? Kindly provide advice and guidance to enable him start up.
