Arizona is home of one of the largest University's and with that comes many hungry college students. Because of the reasonable price of White Castle, I believe college students would be all over the idea of having one. Great hangout, for a reasonable price. Secondly, the west is home to many snowbirds, and people who used to live in the east, where White Castle is most relevant. I believe that White Castle would appeal to that age group as well. The people who are in the age range of 60-75 make up the majority of our current population, and oddly enough most of them grew up with a White Castle right in their backyard. I would like to argue that a White Castle was just built in Las Vegas not too long ago, and it has done a phenomenal job.
