Dubai is a tough market as I've seen with some to UK restauranteurs who are not doing too well. You have to also think about your target market is it going to be the tourists, locals or expat residents. Also your location is key in attracting the right customers. You should have at least £75,000 / $90,000 of capital to go about your venture.

@Parv Walia, I would like to know, if u are consultant ?
@Jani, I have gone through your profile but dont understand the reason why you want to sell the restaurant. Well i personally feel it is quite difficult to dispose of the restaurant immediately, but you can give the restaurant on lease to some one who is locally with all the documents duly signed before the attorney. If you need any type of assistance please write me so that I may be able to help you.

@iqbal ahmed, Iqbal ahmed ji, I have gone through your profile and understand your problem that you are fresher that is having no experience or no idea in restaurant business. Well i suggest you is that restaurant business is very competitive and risky business. Still if you are interested to set up restaurant my personal advice is to first begin with a small snacks eatery business self only where no partner is required ie. south indian snacks:DOSA, IDLY, UTTAPAM, VADAS/INDIAN CHATS/BURGERS etc where you can hire one or two persons and rest of the space you can lease out to some person where you can get regular income every month. If you need any assistance please write me/call me I may be able to help you.

@pradeep, I have gone through your profile and understand that you are fresher and dont have any prior experience in Restaurant Business.Well I must tell you that setting up of any type of Restaurant is very risky these days 70% peoples fail and loose their investment within 6 months that is all due to lot of competition/lack of investment and so many other reasons. First of all please write me what you are doing at this moment and the area of the space, send photograph of location and how much you are willing to invest. Then only I will be able to assist you in a right way.
