    I would like any information you may be able to provide in regards to liscensure requirements for starting a recruitment company, to supply qualified and skilled individuals to employers in PA or anywhere for that matter. This is not a a temp or headhunter type business. It would only involve placing a qualified individual with a company based on their skills and qualifications.I reside in PA this is why the question about liscensure for PA. As for full time or part time employees does this matter?

    Toronto M6m 1h9 Ontario, Canada. I am preparing a business plan for a grant for placement agency. I do not have a place as yet since I wanted to do it at home. The grant is 50 -100 thousands. I need some information to help with plan. I am going to look at a space. No salary will be paid from the grant and i dont have any money except two laptops.
