Please make a note that every business has a few things common, such as return on investment( ROI) What the owner of a business is expecting out of the business? What is their ultimate goal etc.. Even recruitment industry is not an exceptional. Because of the scope of " easy sustainability" and scope for earning good numbers in the staffing industry lot of people are interested towards fulfilling their dream of being an entrepreneur simply by starting a Recruiting agency and unfortunately because of a few people who are not really serious about learning, earning and growing in the recruitment industry, the recruiting industry has become a c/o address for worth less and short tempered entrepreneur therefore if a HR manager come across a new staffing firm, he is not even interested towards listening to their proposal. There are lot of books on each technology, language etc.. but recruiting is an area where " smart work" is most required instead of hard work and off course, you achieve ZERO if you are just a hard worker.
Before planing to start something you must have to evaluate your self properly ( no exaggerations please) in the below aspects. So many are too much worried about the taxes, benefits, compensations etc.. which are important but there are certain things one service company, especially a start up must keep in mind that recruitment is a service and any company who is serving it's customers must have to focus on "retaining the client/customer" therefore one must focus more and work more towards retain existing client.
1) What you know and up to what extent you know about staffing industry? Do you have idea about recruiting life cycle?
2) What are your strengths and weaknesses? ( The one who knows about him self well will surely be a winner)
3) How comfortable you are in dealing with people with different mind sets and behavior?
4) How would you sustain in worst cases/ situations?
5) Do you have answer ready if some one asks you why should i chose you instead of others?
6) Are you interested/ believe in continues learning?
7) Are you going to offer your services to the industry where you have past work experience
8) How are you planing to get job seekers database?
9) How you plan to finding the right team to help you out?

Mandatory Requirement for RA registration:
1. Applicant must be a graduate/degree holder
2. Applicant must have an office of 50 sq. metre area.
3. Applicant must have enough financial soundness.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
