    I'm looking into opening a salad, & sandwich shop in Chicago ill which is my area. I have so many questions, but my main question is where should I start first? My vision for my setup is to have a big big space. For this to be my first opening, should I start small, and then let my business grow, into the big vision that I have, or should I just go big?
