    I own Nectar Juice and Smoothie Bar now for 5 years and things are going great. We are not a Franchise rather my brother and I came up with all of our recipes and theme. Attractive brand definitely will help your business stand out and attract potential customers.     Like the vast majority I also am looking into entering the smoothie market, are the global leaders already too well entrenched to gain a plausible foothold among this market because I have not seen a large group of new entrants. Also in my particular case i am considering a MOBILE business which itself causes many areas of frustration with power/water issues and also not having a common ground where customers are able to reach me 24/7 is this considered detrimental to my business or could i survive also how seasonal are smoothies? I have a marketing degree and consider success within this area a large factor leading too success, market research is difficult for me as i'm targeting uni students who hate surveys! any ideas/comments/business frameworks would be appreciated.
