1) what is the cost of Floor mill if i want to purchase?
2) is it available on rent as well, if yes, then what is the rent per month?
3) How much is the annual maintenance cost for the same?
4) where shall i get the floor mill on rent?
Ans 1 - The Break Even point for this project is around 2.5 Years. For example, if you setup a 4TPH roller flour mill for which the project cost is around 2.5 Crores and Grind 20000 Metric Tonnes of wheat every year at the profit ratio of Rs 500/Tonne your yearly earnings will be Rs. 1 Crore which is 2.5 Crores in 2.5 Years. i.e is the amount you invested to start this unit.
Ans 2 - Selling is not an issue, You can either sell it to the wholesalers, agents, brokers, dealer OR directly to the MNCs like Britannia, Parle, ITC, Etc.
Ans 3 - Delhi no doubt is the best place to start a flour mill, but one acre land will cost you more than 3 times of the total project. If you already have a land there then its OK, else its better to buy a land near delhi in uttar pradesh.
